Return & Refund Policy – Parvati Freaks


🔄 For Clothing & Apparel

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only items purchased directly from parvatifreaks.org are eligible.

Return & Refund Requests

To request a return or refund, please log in to your account and go to the Orders section. From there, you can view your recent purchases and select the item(s) you’d like to return or request a refund for. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Want to swap a size or design? No problem! Exchanges are subject to availability and handled just like a return + new order.

🎟 For Event Tickets

Parvati Freaks serves as a portal for conscious events and gatherings. All ticket sales are considered final unless otherwise stated on the individual event page.

No Refund Policy

  • All event tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a full event cancellation.
  • If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

Event Cancellations

  • In the rare case of a full cancellation (not caused by force majeure), a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

🔄 Ticket Transfers

  • If you can no longer attend, some events allow ticket transfers to another name.
  • Email parvatifreaks@gmail.com with your order number to check if your ticket is eligible for transfer.

🌀 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’re deeply sorry. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at parvatifreaks@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right—either through a replacement or refund.
