Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or Instagram DM with your Order ID.

✅ Full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Customers may refer to the Return & Refund section if eligible.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Size issue (only if size exchange is available)
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product received

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Color variation due to screen differences
• Wear and tear
• Products used, washed, or altered
• Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)

3. Return Request Process

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Customers must share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
• Requests sent after 48 hours may not be accepted

4. Return Approval & Pickup

Once approved, return instructions will be shared. In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the product.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated only after quality check of the returned product
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

⏳ Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability
• Only one exchange per order is permitted
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Innerwear / accessories (if applicable)
• Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged)

8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Courier partner issues

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

9. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

• Repeated misuse of the policy
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
